Identify this tree

I'm wondering what type of tree/shrub is in my front yard. It looks much like a cedar with the bluish/purple seeds and the cloud-like clumps of scaley evergreen leaves. The bark tears easily and is a redish color, but the "trunk" is winding and twisting around it's multiple parts (like a bonsai) and the wood is white unlike any other cedar I've seen. It certainly doesn't smell like a cedar. The tree is growing just past the edge of my roof (ranch-style house) as for the height. Any ideas?

eyewonder,

Some form of Juniper, perhaps? Use these to narrow the possibilities then Google them to decide which you have.
