Clementine tree problem.

Hi, I have a small Clementine tree. It grew up from a seed. It's like 10 cm and it was all good .. There were new leaves everytime and then in one day, one of them fell. Since then all of the leaves have fallen. It doesn't seem to be sick .. the trunk is green and it's no sign for drying. Is it possible that it colud die? I think that this is about the weather .. because is almost winter and the tree grew up in an area where the climate is temperate. What do you think? (I'm sorry if my english is a bit bad .. I'm not talking english frequently so I don't have much experience in talking)

It's hard to say with such a small tree. I would keep it through the season and see if it sprouts again next spring!
