Weeping Blue Spruce in Toronto Area

can anyone give me any pointers on where I can buy a weeping blue spruce. I'm looking for a tree about 6 feet tall that two people can plant and one that will grow tall 30 feet plus and does not have a wide spread. i tried 4 different garden centres already. many thanks.
