Dogwood tree lots of berries no seeds

My white flowering dogwood three has lots of red berries, falling to the ground, they are soft, but when I open them they have no seeds inside, only pulps. whats wrong? When will I get seeds in berries?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It is generally recognized that Dogwoods don't produce much if any true seed until they are at least 15 years old. If the tree is younger that might be the problem. Also, I assume that there are other dogwoods close to you as it could also be a pollination problem.
