I was going to tell you for ID's you need to tell us where you are located and give a picture that shows over view of plant as well as one with close up of the leaves.

But as I look at it, I'm thinking you have privet hedge.

Is it a shrub? Hedge plant? Evergreen?

The leaves look like the boxwood leaves so I agree with RBG that we need some more information on location and maybe an overview shot as well :)

It's a hedge plant. Wintergreen. I live in Washington state. This plant is really popular around.

Now that I see the overview pic, the leave are too big for boxwood, so I agree with RBG that it looks like a privet hedge.

wintergreen is a variety of boxwood, Wintergreen boxwood aka Korean boxwood.

Wintergreen the plant is a spreading ground cover, no more than 6" high.
