Pine tree seems to be dying

all the needles are turning burnt color. I had a recent, small flush of green, but that seems to be dying too. help? ill post pics tomorrow.

yes, pictures please and tell us more about the conditions. Is it in a pot, in the ground, what sun exposure etc.

But just a warning, evergreen trees tend to die in slow motion, from the inside out. So by the time it is showing significant browning, it may be too late to save it.
