Help! - What is wrong with my Flowering Brandford Pear Tree?

I think my tree has fire blight. Please see the pictures. It is too late to save this tree? Can I treat it? The disease spread very fast in less than a week:

could you get a little closer pic of a leaf? I haven't ever seen fire blight damage something that quickly

But...if it is fire blight chances are there won't be much saving, most people would prob recommend that you cut it and burn it.
