Rabbits eating my Sandcherry bush leaves....

Hello I have planted recently 2 Sandcherry bushes and the wild rabbits ate all the leaves off and now they are also breaking branches off my Iceberg wild rosebush that is 2 feet tall roughish. Would could I do to avoid further damage?

Fencing is really very effective. Chicken wire or rabbit wire fence.
