Hello all,
I really need some advise/help with my cedar. On the back side of it where it does not get any sun, there is a huge dead spot. It started happening last year and seems to be growing. It is in full sun most of the day except the side that seems to be dying. I have 2 cdars - one on each side of my front step but one is totally healthy and one seems to be dying in one spot.
Anyone have ideas? I would greatly appreciate it.
Below are pics of what my junipers look like. Any ideas?

Thanks for your input. But I wonder why would it only be happening on one of them and not the other. I have another on the other side that is perfectly healthy.MaineDesigner wrote:I think your junipers are actually arborvitae (Thuja). If you don't see evidence of loopers or mites it may simply be a case of not enough light on that side.
