help identifying tree (globe willow?) pruning/proper care

I'm not exactly sure what kind of tree this is, the research ive done to me looks like a globe willow.

on some of the trees their is tiny leaves that are yellowing, now what is the best way to care for these trees? pruning wise etc..

Willows seam to shed leaves at various times in the growing season without any detrimental effects.
As to pruning. They will tolerate anything you wish to do to them.
We have White Willow windbreaks and they are cut every autumn with a tractor mounted hedge cutter with several feet of growth being chopped off to no visible problems.
Shoots can be pulled off the main trunk and they will quite happily root by just pushing them into the ground.

Sorry, I don't know what it is or how to prune it, but one thing is for certain—you’re going to need some good quality pruning shears.
