Fruitless Mulberry tree browning

I Have 2 young fruitless Mulberry trees in my yard that are starting to brown (rusty looking) on the tips of the leaves. Help! Don't want to lose them. Could I be over watering or underwatering?

It could be some kind of rust. However, first let's ask: What kind of soil do you have? How long ago were they planted? How often are you watering now? And how much at one time (1", 2", etc.)? Any details and/or photos would be helpful. :)

Happy gardening,
