Azalea With Smallest Leaf

Once upon a time I bought on close out a very small leafed azalea. I have never seen its peer since. And now I no longer can recall its name.

Can anybody help an old man with CRS?

(can't remember stuff)

Don't the shorter leaves on azaleas mean they are evergreens? If yes, that might downsize your search.
