Daphne 'Carol Mackie'

I was given a Daphne 'Carol Mackie' as a gift and will be planting it this weekend. Do you think morning sun until around 11:30 am will be enough for her? I have read how finicky they are so will try to place her permanently and in a somewhat protected area.

Well, I went ahead and planted "Carol" in a protected spot that gets sun early morning until about 11:30-12:30 so we will see. I will let everyone know how things progress.
