what is this shrub?

I need to identify some shrubs.
I know their genus name but I don't know their species name.
this is astragalus

Hi there! This is an evil looking shrub! :eek: I think you are correct with your genus. Where is this plant found? It might narrow the search.

Astragalus is a large genus of about 3,000 species of herbs and shrubs belonging to the legume family Faboceae, sub family Faboideae, the genus is native to temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.
