Can you help me identify this shrub/hedge/tree

We have a tree here in Texas that is called a Winged Hackberry. It has the "wings" on the limbs when the tree is young. Are the leaves slightly rough to the touch?

No they seem to be very soft and pliable.

Thanks anyways! I did find one tree that looked like it had similar branches. It was called a Winged Elm Tree. But, what I have is a bush, and shows no signs of growing taller.
