Help with identifying

Hello people this is my first post an was hoping for some help on what this tree is?? Any ideas kinda thorny not sure i want it in the garden or not

If you are talking about the green tree. Its looks like a cedar tree.

Thanks smallgardener for the reply. Do you know if it is typical of some types of cedars fornthenfoliage to be almost thorn or sticker like??

Yes they will be poky in nature. It is an evergreen. It will not have thorns per say. But it will poke you a little.
We have eastern red cedars that grow wild here and spread like weeds. The seeds on them are little blueish berries that birds have to ingest in order for them to sprout. But there are female and male versions of them.

Thanks again smallgardener. I have these popping all over my yard as well. Was certain it was a tree of some sort but being so many i thought maybe a weed I some sort. But it's good to have reassurance. :D
