Aggravating Azalea Problem

I've already lost one azalea last year to whatever this is pictured. I used Ortho Tree & Shrub Insect Control after last springs blooms, and destroyed the dead plant. Please help me identify this problem and instruct me on how to treat my azaleas. It is spreading to the others, and I do not want to lose more.

Your photo is to small for me and I would guess others to be able to help you. Anyway you could post a bigger Pic?

Yes, I think we need a much bigger photo to identify the problem - we'll watch for the new one so we can help!

I don't know why the pics are posting so small, any pic posting help would be appreciated. Hope pics are large enough to view, now. Thanks
