Suggestions for privacy shrubs

We'd like to plant some privacy shrubs along our property line. Can you recommend some varieties?
Here's what I'm looking for:
roughly 5' - 8' tall
Drought tolerant
Sandy soil
Doesn't have to be showy or flower
Inexpensive
Very densely leafe

Thank you!

Hey Susa. Ken here in the Chicago area. I found a couple plants
that would work for you. They are Juniperus chinensis ‘Blue Point’
and Nerium oleander. I hope this helps. Take care.

I don't know your zone well but a few that come to mind are gardinia, several viburnum, waxmyrtle, and one that I have always wish I could grow in Central KY, podocarpus.
