Which Yaupon holly would you recommend?

Hi! I would like to plant a row of Yaupon holly bushes as a hedge along our property line. Which of these would you recommend and why? Assuming they all get berries? I would like to keep them around 3feet high, but no higher than 5 feet.

Schillings (or Stokes Dwarf)
Pendula
Folsom's Weeping
Nana

Not sure what our nursery has yet, was just doing a google search on types.

Also, is it ok to plant now, or should I wait until fall?
