I'm sorry but "where to plant this tree from" is not a question that is making sense to me. Do you mean how deep to plant it? I do see the little bend in the stem. I can't tell from the photo if that is a graft union or not.

seems relatively harmless to just assume it is a graft union and treat it as such. you'd want the graft union just above ground level when planted.
