Bad time to prune Abelia?
I recently inherited a cleanup and maintenance project that's been let go for a couple years. One of the things that's bugging me is an area of overgrown Abelia. I would love to do a little cleanup pruning on them if it isn't too late in the year. I just moved to the Pacific Northwest from the Midwest and don't know what's what up here just yet!
