Curling and holes in citrus plants?

Take a look at these photos of my citrus plants

You should be able to use flickr to get a very large version to see the leafs upclose.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? My neighbors also have the same problems with their plants.

This leaf is from a small citrus tree that I have in a green house. We live in north west Florida and it has not been too cold outside. The wholes in the leafs are really strange...

Anyone?

I'll see if my hubby knows - he understands citrus plants better than I do.
