Can anyone help me identify......

this bush? I believe it may be a mahonia aquifolium but im not 100% sure. One of the main reasons for identification is to ensure the berries are not poisonous etc as we now have a baby that puts everything in her mouth!!

I would also like to use the berries for some wine making but i don't want to poison myself either!:eek:
