Chamaerops humilis, palm tree distressed

Hello everyone,

about 2 months ago I planted a palm tree which was not labeled from The HOuston Garden center. WE planted 2 on each side corners of our home. One is doing great and the other on the right side is looking kind of wilted and seems to have sunken in. it was a lot of hard back breaking work to plant them and I am afraid it will die. I will post some photos so you can see what I am talking about.

Do you have any idea what could be worng? It gets full morning sun to about 3 pm. I water it deeply about once a week. It had green fruit berries 2 weeks ago and now those have dried up and theyr hard and brown/dead looking. The stems have drooped and started to yellow/brown on the edges.

Please help!
