I posted below, but I did not have very many pics or info...my apologies for this, I just thought I'd take a stab at it and see if anyone knew what it was...I've since gotten a little more info and pics in hopes that someone can help me ID this tree. I am in zone 8...this tree grows anywhere between 10-20 feet and is evergreen. It blooms in spring and the flowers are very sweet smelling. Here's a few more detailed pics and a pic of a taller one I've seen. Sorry if the pics are not of good quality, I took them with my cell.
