Please help me ID this tree

I've seen this small tree around my neighborhood and I absolutely love it...I have no idea what it is called and I don't want to be the crazy person knocking on the door to find out :) I've seen them anywhere between 10' to 15' and they bloom in spring.

Any ideas?

I would be more than happy to help you ID this plant, but I can't do so only from the picture you posted. I cannot see any detail. Can you post clear close-up photos of the leaves and flowers?

It would also be helpful to know where you're located, since this is an international forum. :)

I would recommend being that crazy person, knocking on the door to find out.

The odds are great the majority of homeowners don't have a clue what they have planted in their yards so if you knock on their door you may get a huh?
