Please help zone 9 Need a tree with blue flowers!

I am new to gardening and live in Florida. Looking for a tree that blooms blue flowers !

Any help appreciated! :shock:

The chaste tree (vitex agnus) is often grown as a substitute for lilacs which generally don't bloom south of zone 7. The chaste tree is an absolute delight and should do very well in your area.

Location: Ecuador, USDA Zone 13, at 10,000' of altitude

Not quite blue, but Jacaranda mimosifolia comes pretty close, has awesome scented flowers, and does admirably in swampy areas.
