My deep pink single camellia has serrated leaves. According to what I've read, different cultivars of camellias can have edges ranging from smooth to serrate. Perhaps yours is a hybrid, and the variation in leaves is a reflection of that? That's the best I can offer. :)

The look of camellia leaves may change as they get older. I would not be concerned if some look slightly different.

The type/form of camellia bloom that BewilderedGreenyO.o shows is called a Formal Double (other type/form names are Single, Semi-double, Anemone, Peony, Rose Form Double and Higo). The type of camellia bloom on your pictures is a Peony Bloom.
