Colorado Blue Spruce

I planted a Colorado Blue Spruce a couple of months ago, it is healthy and doing well, But does anyone have any suggestions on speeding up growth, like fertilize etc...???

Hi Roland,

If you try and speed up the growth you will cause a flush of soft tips that will attract insects. We plant trees for our grandchildren. They tend to take their time, some more then others. Do you know which variety of blue spruce you planted? You should find this helpful.
