Leaves Like a Mimosa but has Seeds Like a Plumeria? O.o

ok so I see these trees pretty frequently in southern California Mostly used in parking lots lol They have leaves that look similar to a Mimosa tree and have Seeds that are similar to a Plumeria but larger. Broadleaved, and the leaves are compound and opposite to one another. The leaves are also Pinnately Compound. The trees that I've seen usually have tiny yellow blossoms on them. The blossoms don't look anything like the mimosa blossom but more like the Cordia Lutea (Yellow Geiger.) blossoms or something similar. Anyone know what tree I am describing?

Beautiful Trees! The blossoms and pods can be a bit messy but most beautiful trees are messy lol. I managed to find some seeds. Tempted to plant one but I've already got so many plants growing! Its addicting ;p
