what shrub is this?

Hi there,
Can anyone help me identify this shrub? One of my neighbours has it growing in the front of her yard, and in only a relatively short space of time it has grown considerably into an effective screen, and I wouldn't mind using it myself for the same reason.

It definitely looks like some sort of Hibiscus to me. I don't know what kind though, sorry I'm not much help. The flowers definitely look like they are Hibiscus.
