There are several of these trees growing around my property. They don't lose their leaves in the winter and they have small grape-like clusters of blossoms in the late spring. I have searched the WWW over with no luck.

Maybe one of our plant ID geniuses will come along and get it with what you have provided, but I think it would be really helpful if you could also show a close up of the leaves and their branching pattern. Thanks!
Also I can't quite tell from the picture... is it really a tree or a large shrub, ie. multi-trunked?

And here is the trunk which I estimate to be a diameter of 9".

These grow along the roadways and I've seen some that have reached a height of 50+ feet. This one is probably 15'.
