I Need Help ID'ing Shrubs

Hey landscapers, gardeners and growers out there. This is my very first post and I hope to gain some knowledge about gardening. I recently got interested in gardening but I'm a total newbie so here's my first question.

I have a bunch of shrubs in by backyard I'd like to identify. They were here when we moved in.
Shrub 1 and 2 had little white flowers about 2 weeks ago for a short time. I don't recall ever seeing flowers on the other two.
Can you help?

#2 has little sharp spines along the branches. I hate these!

I think #4 is some kinda "ninebark" If it is what kinda 9bark izit? The bark is always peeling...?
