Neglected property, need ID on almost everything :-)

Would like to know what previous owners planted at my house. I moved in during the winter & had no idea I'd have so much growing, and so many questions. The house was abandoned for well over a year so the property is a real mess. I'm trying to ID some of the plants, trees, shrubs, vines... so I can decide what to keep.

This looks like a sappling of a tree, but what do I know? I think the leaves look really cool, and they are huge!

Now a close up, it has some flower buds on it. I'd really like to know what this is.

Now for the VERY TALL trees... at least 80-90 ft. There are two and they appear to be of the same species.

This is close to the leaves as I can get...

I am pretty darned sure this is an apple tree. What kind? No idea! It's very sickly looking, but the fruit looks nice so far.

The vine actually makes the burnt tree look better, but would like to know what it is.

I'm not good on trees, but the vine climbing up the burned tree is Virginia creeper. The one right below that, vine on the fence is probably wild grape. The last one is more Virginia Creeper.

It will be hard for any but the most expert tree people to ID your trees without some close ups of the leaves and the branching pattern.

First sapling is an oak if I had to guess a water oak. The big trees from a distance look like hickory. The lobed sappling look like a tulip or sassafras tree. Don't have a clue about the apple so wait until they ripen and bite into one.

Thank you both for the help! :D
