new wisteria care

Hi, I have planted a new wisteria a month ago and prepared the soil as suggested with growmore fertiliser and bonemeal. I have watered it sufficiently, but still it appears to be dying. the stems are still green, but the leaves are brown, dry and dropping from the plant.
is there anything I can do to save it?
Any suggestions appreciated.
