snow ball bush

we have been growing a snow ball bush for year's and this year we have noticed the leaves are curling up. We have been told that aphids are the problem. Any suggestions as to what to do to eliminate these insects? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Marypenny,

I realize it's been quite a while since you asked for help, but insecticidal soap would be good for aphids. You can even make your own, just don't use anti-bacterial soap or detergent. Spray every 5 to 7 days.

Ladybugs are the aphid's predator (you can buy ladybugs or ladybug eggs/larvae).
Aphids also don't like Lavender.
