red banana problem

I was just looking for some advice on my red banana. Not sure if I should give up on it. It went through a frost a couple of years ago, but seem to bounce back. now it does not look healthy, and does not seem to be growing at all. I don't want to give up on it since its very large plant and was very beautiful. not sure what to do, should I just remove it?

In what way is it not looking healthy? Other than not growing, what seems to be the problem? Best would be if you could post a picture. There's instructions for that in the introductory section.
