Oh No, My Pecan Saplings! Leaves turning brown

I'm not sure what's happening, but both my pecan trees are looking bad. The leaves are turning brown and dying. It's not because they're heading into fall, as only some are browning and they're not dropping leaves, and no other trees have dropped leave yet. I haven't been doing anything differently lately, so I'm not sure what's up. I'm waiting until they drop all their leaves to tranplant them to bigger pots.

Any thoughts as to what I should do?

I am in NC and it has been dry and I have loads of dead leaves so depending on your rainfall I wouldn't worry.

Well, we havent had much rain up until recently, but I've been watering them regularly so the rain shouldn't matter as much. Hopefully they're just dry and falling for winter, I don't' wanna lose two pecan trees :(
