What kind of hibiscus tree is this ?

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone can advise me on what this is in the same pot as another hibiscus?

I'm referring to the tall one that just began growing next to it , is it an outdoor plant or do I have to bring indoor for the winter?
I have heard that the small one is an tropical one , but not sure how to care for it ?

Hm... I don't recognize the big thing. If I had to guess, I'd say it was something in the tomato family... maybe nightshade.
