Amelanchier with mold and capsid bug?

Two huge great Amelanchier that a customer of mine bought seem to have capsi bug and some sort of leaf mold.

There were brought, via a local nursery from a whole saler in Holand, but when the came out very, very large pot alot of the root ball wasnt rooted into the compost.

They have had a lot of water, but they seem just alittle sparse. They probabaly cot about ...£250- ...£300 pounds each (thats pounds, not dollars) so if any one has any advice as to how to help them it would be a huge help.
