The plant with the yellow leaves looks very like one in my yard. I think it is Euonymus Japonicus 'Chollipo'. I am far from an expert, but I looked for similar plants at a local nursery and checked the tags, then looked up the names on google (images) and found one with that name that looks very like mine. Anyway, it is a way to pursue it. Good luck.

From what I can tell in the first pic, the silver leaf plant with yellow flowers is a Dusty Miller.
In the 2nd pic, the green and yellow variagated shrub is a pittosporum (there are different varieties).
In the 3rd pic, it looks like bearded Iris along the fence??? And, I recognize the plant in front of those but don't know the name.
Looks like everything could use a little trimming and shapping.

I think the bottom picture is probably a weigela, but it's a little hard to be sure.
