best fast climber to get

hi everyone I'm a novice gardener and I'm trying to sort my garden at the moment I looking for the best and fastest climber I can get but I want somethiing that doesnt loose leaves in winter I want to use it to cover a large metal fence around the back of my garden basically to stop people being nosy into my garden so basically I want something thats going to grow fast and make a permanent screen for my fence and suggestions please let me know thanks in advance
