Hello,
I have a Japanese Maple that I have had for 3 years. Have never had an issue with it until 4 days a go I looked out side and 3/4 of it is dead. No sign of insects, just dried up dead leaves. What can it be? Thanks!

What kind of weather have you been having? Japanese maples are sensitive to both drought and too wet soil. Hot and dry, especially if windy can dry it out and cause browning. Soil too wet weakens the roots and makes it susceptible to molds and diseases, some of which can work pretty quickly.
But if that much of the tree is dead, it doesn't sound like good news...
