Knockout Rose Tree

I planted my Knockout Rose Tree last summer and it bloomed til frost
and again was full of blooms this Spring; but since then it has not bloomed
I deadheaded after it bloomed; can anyone tell me how long it will take
it to bloom again? I thought it was supposed to bloom continuously?
It has been pretty wet this Spring and it has some blackspots on leaves;
what is the best way to treat this. thanks for any suggestions.

Trim or remove the leaves infected with the black spot; it is a fungus. Treat by spraying the plant with a rose fungal spray or natural remedies such as mixing milk and water and spraying the rose plant.

Since roses are heavy feeders, you can feed now or add some mulch or blood meal; or even epsom salts. Apply to the soil at the base of the plant by mixing it in.
