I drive by an interesting bush every day on my way to work. It is interesting because it seems to be covered in red fuzz.
It looks to be 10-15 feet tall. It has small round or oval-ish leaves that are green and not particularly glossy. After the leaves come out in the spring, it develops a red fuzz that covers the skyward-facing side of every branch. As a result of the red stuff (small flowers, perhaps?) the bush has a fluffy appearance.
The bush is not evergreen; it looses its leaves in the winter. Sometimes the fuzz remains even through the winter, but by then it is brown instead of red.
