Crepe Myrtles are susceptible to powdery mildew fungas that is usually caused by cool damp weather. It will appear as a white cottiny growth on the leaves and flowers. You can use Daconil as a fungiciide or a natural alternative is Fungicide 3.
what about horticulture oil? have you heard about that? I am not sure what to use and don't want to buy anything unless I know it will work. thanks for your response.
One treatment is a baking soda solution. Another that HG recently posted (search for it) is a one to ten solution of organic milk in water. It apparently works better as a preventative than treatment, but would have some effectiveness also as a treatment.
