Hi all, I am new to the forum. I need some help with my tomatoes.
They are growing but not many blooms and some tomatoes but small.
Some leaves are curling. I read that may mean it needs water.
It's been dry here (WV)and hot. Do you give tomatoes epson salts like you do peppers? or is it better to just give them fertilizer? 5-10-5??
We also had early blight due to the humidity. We sprayed with Daconil hoping that will take care of it. We have been suckering the plants. We also took off the early blight. What else can we do?
Thanks!!
Make sure they get watered thoroughly but dry out between waterings. Try putting down mulch and water at the base of the plants to avoid spreading fungus and bacteria and other soil-borne pests from splashback. I've never tried epsom salts but I've read in other posts on this forum where people swear by them. Give it a try.
