Why are my tomatoes Ripe outside, but green inside?

My tomatoes look good on the outside, red and ripe, but when cut into, the inside has dark, greenish rings around the fruit. Planted Rutgers and Beefsteak tomatoes and both are turning out the same.

Any thoughts?

I am not familiar with those varieties and not sure if you have planted them before but depending on the variety the fruit and ripeness color will vary. some are not ripe until almost purple and some have different colored flesh.

Like I said not positive cause I am not familiar with those but just a guess.
