No Blossoms :(

After not having a garden for about 10 years, my husband and I decided to take our backyard back over from the dogs. We have set up two different bed areas. In one bed we have cucumbers and green beans. In the other bed area, we have tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin, watermelon and black eyed peas. All plants are doing well except for the tomatoes. They are growing taller but look wilty. And the only plant that has put on blossoms is in a topsy turvy pot separate from the beds. What is going on? Is it the soil? Any suggestions? Thanks! :(

How often have you been watering the bed and what typ of soil do you have? Also, did you add a lot of uncomposted manure to the garden before planting, the extra nitrogen would explain the lack of blossoms.
