Tomato Rot/Disease Identification Help Please!

Well after a long vacation (2 weeks away) I came to find that I have some ripe tomatoes! But they are diseased! Bummer. Can anyone tell me what they think this is? I have the plants growing in ground that has never grown tomatoes, though it is close to last year's location. They are on drip irrigation (30 min each morning using 1/2 GPH emitters) however the lower parts of the plants do get some water from the surrounding sprinklers. They are in well fertilized and composted soil. All grown from seed. The foliage looks fine for the most part. I was only there briefly before having to head back to work. But from what I can see the issue is primarily with the fruit and the stems leading to the fruit. I have around 10 varieties growing. The sun gold and sweet 100 cherry tomatoes aren't having this problem.
